Policies
1. Dr. Tramell does not take insurance.
2. At your request, you can be sent a superbilll which you can submit to your insurance.
3. Reimbursement rates will depend upon the particulars of your indivudal policy.
4. Dr. Tramell is usually considered an "Out of Network" provider.
5. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice.
6. Late cancelations and no-shows will be charged the full fee for the visit.
